The island is where my highest-value work sits, and it is also where my smallest closings are. Sea Pines accounts for every transaction I have taken above $1.5 million. Coligny and Folly Field account for the two investment condos I bought for clients, both in the $200s. Those are very different jobs, and I would rather show you both than pick the flattering one.
I do not live on Hilton Head Island. I live in Moss Creek, over in Bluffton, and I will not pretend otherwise on a page whose whole purpose is to be checkable.
