About

My roots are Southern. My address is Moss Creek.

My great-grandmother was from Memphis and my parents retired to Hilton Head. I moved here in 2022, bought inside the gate, and built a practice from within it rather than outside it.

I got here the same way most of my clients do

Roughly seven in ten buyers here are relocating from another state, so my own move isn’t a charming footnote — it’s most of why I’m useful. I know what it is to choose a community from photographs. My family is from Kansas City, Missouri, my great-grandmother was from Memphis, and my parents retired to Hilton Head — the South runs through the family even though this island isn’t where I grew up.

Before real estate I spent roughly three decades in client-facing work — Equinox, Club Genentech, and then my own yoga retreat business running programmes between Lake Tahoe and Tulum. In 2022 I was days from hosting another Tulum retreat when COVID stopped travel, and the business with it. I took it as the opening it was, bought a house in Moss Creek in July 2022, and started building a practice from inside the gates.

I’m a certified life coach, and I’d say the coaching instinct is most of what I bring to a transaction: keeping your real priorities in view when a deal gets noisy. My office window faces the marsh and the 18th hole of the Moss Creek South course. I sell the community I wake up in.

My record, in full

$10,189,000 closed since 2021 at a $784,000 average — 7 listing-side, 6 buyer-side, from $195K to $2.45M. 52.3% of it closed in 2026, a year still running. Published in full rather than summarised, because a record you can count beats one you can’t.
